  • 2-Day Rolling Acceptance: Submissions are processed immediately. You will receive an acceptance or revision decision within 2 days of submitting your paper.
  • Post-Acceptance Payment: Registration fees must be paid only after receiving your official paper acceptance notification.
  • Email Verification: Once registration is completed, you must send an email to icdat2026@gmail.com. Please include all team members' names and attach your final paper in that email.

Have queries about paper submission or virtual hosting? Here are answers to common questions.

Yes! IEEE ICDAT 2026 supports a fully hybrid mode. Registered participants who cannot travel to our Bangalore campus can present their approved work virtually/remotely via video conferencing platforms. Access credentials will be sent before the conference date.

All paper submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process by qualified experts on the technical committee. Acceptance notifications are provided within 2 days after submission.

All certificates (Presenter and Attendee) will be issued digitally within 48 hours after the valedictory session. Physical certificates will be distributed to on-site participants during kit distribution.

Cancellations made prior to June 25, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed after this date due to local logistical commitments. However, ticket transfer to another co-author is permitted.
